Return & Exchange

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened (still vacuum-sealed if applicable) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase such as your order confirmation number and/or e-mail.

Reasons qualified for exchange or refund:

  1. Wrong items
  2. Expired or spoiled items
  3. Damaged items

To start a return, you can contact us at support@homechefsdeli.ph and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at support@homechefsdeli.ph if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
