Return & Exchange

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened (still vacuum-sealed if applicable) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase such as your order confirmation number and/or e-mail.

Reasons qualified for exchange or refund:

  1. Wrong items
  2. Expired or spoiled items
  3. Damaged items

To start a return, you can contact us at and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
