To make this prime cut, instead of minced meat, like salami or chorizo, it’s the whole piece of Ibérico de Bellota pork loin that is stuffed in a natural casing.
It’s made out of 100% acorn-fed Ibérico pork loin without the outer fat and seasoned with sea salt, paprika (from the Protected Geographical Indication Pimentón de la Vera), oregano and garlic. It's then stuffed in a natural casing and left to mature in cellars for at least 70 days.
In order to enjoy to the fullest, serve it at room temperature to get all the aromas and unique complex flavour.
Pair it with some Manchego Cheese and your favorite red wine!
